5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner and watching shows. I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:45 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet: cleaned & changed.

While changing the diaper, we noticed redness on the buttock. We applied Cavilon Lotion.

There was redness on the stomach too. We applied Nystatin Ointment.

6:00 pm: Dinner: Beef stew, bread and butter. Maureen was enjoying :)

6:45 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with lime yogurt.

7:00 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:20 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temp: 97.6

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 62

7:50 pm: asleep.

9:30 pm : very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

11:45 pm: dry diaper, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

1:45 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

4:15 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen slept good all night.
