4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Chicken, peas and carrots.

Maureen coughed seven times during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet Diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed.

Applied Hydrocortisone Cream on the all red spots.

When we put lotion on her face within a few minutes, her eyelids became very red and redness appeared on her forehead and right cheek. Maureen also started coughing a lot. We used a pump.

We quickly washed her face. Tom called the nurse. We put wet cold towels over her eyes and cheeks. Maureen fell asleep on her back. We decided to leave her in this position for an hour so that her face was uncovered.

Temperature 97.4

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 62

7:30 pm : asleep

8:20 pm : Applied Hydrocortisone Cream on the all new red spots on the face. We changed the diaper - was medium wet.

Repositioned left side.

10:30 pm: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: light wet diaper.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
