4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in recliner and watching TV. I massaged her right arm and hand.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed her. The diaper was medium wet. The redness on the buttocks looked the same as yesterday. We applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Sausage, Cheese, Pepper, Onion, Spinach Casserole. Maureen had a good time with Tom and Tommy.

No water while eating.

Maureen was coughing today three times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with lime yogurt and blueberry pie.

7:20 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:40 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to the left big toe.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 97.7

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 73

7:55 pm: asleep.
