We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Cleaned and changed.

The redness appeared again.

We applied Thera Calazinc Body Shield.

We applied Cavilon Cream.

5:35 pm: Dinner: Orange chicken bowl with rice.

8 oz of lemon water.

6:05 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:20 pm: Oral Care.

6:35 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Dry diaper.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

7:00 pm: Maureen is asleep.

9:30 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed. The redness is very strong.

Applied more Thera Calazinc Body Shield.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
