8:00am Maureen is awake and stirring in bed, lying on her left side. I give Maureen a bed bath, she was wet, thoroughly cleaned, new pull-up put on, change of new clothes. I transferred Maureen from bed to day chair using the Hoyer lift. 9:20am Maureen finished breakfast, ate 100%. She had a banana, ham omelet, sausages, and an English muffin. Drank 1/2 cup prune juice with 1/2 cup water and one full cup of water. Oral care after. 9:25am Administered morning medications with applesauce. 9:50am Maureen is losing energy and less engaged in conversation. 10:10am Morning exercises. Maureen tolerated the exercises well. 10:30am We took Maureen to the bathroom. pull-up is slightly wet, changed to a dry one. Maureen urinated (cloudy) and moved her bowels (formed, normal odor).
10:40am Tom and I transferred Maureen from the day chair to the recliner using the Hoyer lift. 1:00pm Tom and I transferred Maureen from the recliner to the day chair using the Hoyer lift. Maureen had leftover gyros and macaroni and cheese for lunch, she ate 100% and drank one full cup of water. 6:10pm Tom and I transferred Maureen from the recliner to the day chair. Up to the bathroom. Pull-up is dry, Maureen urinated (cloudy).
