4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner and watching TV. I massaged her right arm and hand.

Carollyn and Kate visited Maureen today :)

5:40 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet: cleaned changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: Dinner: Ravioli, cesar salad. Maureen was enjoying dinner with Carolyn, Kate, Brian and Tom :)

6:50 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanila/chocolate pudding.

7:00 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temp: 97.8

Oxygen: 98

Heart rate : 67

8:00 pm: asleep.

9:25 pm: very wet diaper, cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

12:15 dry diaper. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

2:30 am: dry diaper. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

4:30 am: a littlie wet diaper. Cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen slept good all night. She was coughing few times during the night.
